Emily Cohn has her masters in both Sport Psychology from JFK University and Applied Psychology from Sacred Heart University. She has participated in sports throughout her entire life, playing: basketball, soccer, golf, tennis, softball, swimming, figure skating and ice hockey. While attending the University of Richmond for her undergraduate education she managed the Men’s Basketball Team. There, she realized her passion for the mental component of athletics and the extreme impact a positive mindset could have on performance.
